Tenancy Requirements
Background Screening: Since our residents wish to enjoy a peaceful living, all applicants over 18 years must complete a $30 Experian Credit, Criminal and Eviction Screening. If the first person in a couple gets approved, then we will cover the cost of the second $30 application.
A tenancy decision based on a combination of the following criteria:
1. A minimum of 2.5 times verifiable household income in relation to the property's rent.
2. Your payment history which includes timely payments, delinquencies, number of collections, past judgments and so forth.
3. A minimum of a 500 credit score for a multi family applicant or 550 for a Single Family Home applicant.
4. Unless listed otherwise in a specific vacancy ad, our Pet Policy is as follows:
A. One Cat or One Dog (under 45 lbs)
B. A $200 Pet Security Deposit.
C. A $50 per month Pet Rental Fee.
